Spider animation

Hey guys, hope you are all well! Just thought I would try out some creature animation, so I started with a spider rig. It's only short, but some feedback would be greatly appreciated. Happy animating!

Re: Spider animation

Looks awesome dude, when he comes out fully first I would maybe have him look around left to right as he sort of stays still. i would think he would be looking for danger maybe once hes emerged from the dark. Keep up the good work smile

Re: Spider animation

Hey MarkPeart, thanks heaps for your comments! For this I was trying to go as realistic as I could, so there wasn't much need for the head turns. But I appreciate your input 😊

Re: Spider animation

I like it, the legs in the beginning coming out of the hole in a sequential way feels a bit off to me, i've looked at some footage of trapdoor spiders, and it's hard to tell if that's happening(couldn't find slow footage).  Perhaps, if you keep that, maybe speeding that up significantly might help.  That's the only suggestion I would make, and really, what you have is working, so maybe it's not needed at all.  Just something that stuck out to me a bit.  Well done!
