Re: the sneak walk

It's a bit hard to see the sneak from the back
Try isolating only the sneak, maybe have him walk in one place and show it from the side if you want to focus on the steps.

Here's a bit of refference:

Otherwise, at first glance, it does look a bit stiff... smooth out the keyframes, especially the ones where he's leaning back when sneaking.

Re: the sneak walk

i used the exact same reference for the sneak walk.. big_smile but for the first hiding part i shot a reference and made some changes here and there.. the part i am most concerned about is where he is trying to hide.. can you tell me if there is anything wrong in that part ? and here is the side view of the sneak walk.. your feedback is extremely valuable. thanks a lot!

Re: the sneak walk

Ease IN & ease OUT!
The first thing would be to smooth out the movements.  When he comes back into
the standing position, he "freezes" without movement.  See if you can get a little
movement in there, even when he is standing still.  Maybe he is hesitating or looking
around ???

As for him walking around the corner, it looks a bit mechanical, try to get some
character in there... again, smooth moves, maybe some acting.  He is scared, so
he'd proceed more cautiously in a sneak mode soon as he decides to go around the
corner, instead of switching to the sneak steps once he's walking.
