Hey Gabe!  This is off to a good start, but a big thing you need to work on is avoiding "twinning"....  right now all of your poses are perfect mirrors of each other, and a good rule of thumb is to avoid that whenever possible.  Every once in a while you can twin a pose for emphasis or something, but 90% of the time you should pose out the arms and legs so they aren't mirroring each other. 

Good start, though, keep going!  smile

I see you're doing something that I really need to learn, which is working within the pose, so good job there. I definitely agree with Aja about the twinning. I would also add that you could definitely push those poses farther in terms of line of action and energy.

Keep posting up that progress!

thanks so much for your comments... its crazy how bad the twinning is looking back on it now. it probably should never have gotten that bad. but im working on it... and i will keep posting progress. thanks again.
