Student Animation Thread [Post here!]
Hey everyone; I saw Stina's thread and figured that making a separate topic for the recent influx of student work wasn't a bad idea. So, here it is! Students can post in this thread and all be in one place. Let's reduce the clutter and make it easier to find your works in progress. Good luck in the competition guys. (Don't relinquish information about your school like saying where you're learning. There's no need to mention it, stay anonymous!)

Re: Student Animation Thread [Post here!]
Thanks for doing that. I've been trying to give as much feedback as I could, but I probably missed a few of the threads out there, this will make it easier!

Hmmm... certainly she commented on it, but I'm not sure that idea belonged to Stina

No, it was not my idea. But I support this action! I'll sticky it for the time being until someone has a different opinion

Sorry, not trying to give credit where credit isn't due... Well, anyway I'm sure the new animators will be greatly appreciative of any feedback. Thanks guys and good luck to the students!

Re: Student Animation Thread [Post here!]
Thanks for creating the thread, but idk how many of us will use it considering how close it is to the deadline of the April competition. I will definitely post my new updates when i have finished them in here to get a faster feed back. I appreciate the comments and helpfulness of the people that are leaving them like EVernier.
Stina I honestly think that some of us thought about making a thread just for our class, but didn't think it would be worth it with such little time we had (sorry we didn't actually do it), but at the same time i can see how annoying it may have been to see so many threads from us students.
Cap We are very must appreciative of the feedbacks given to us.

Re: Student Animation Thread [Post here!]
This will be used for future comps too, hopefully. It's just the problem doesn't arise too often and this is more efficient when dealing with students. You guys aren't the only students in the competition and there will be more in the fall probably.

FEEDBACK REQUESTED AND APPRECIATED!!!! Thanks!
I didn't see this when I was submitting at first! Glad to know there's a section though.
For clarification purposes, the story is about a stork and a baby. The stork is carrying the baby in a cloth to it's new destination, but because the baby is scared he ends up falling out and hanging on for dear life. Then the baby falls

Re: Student Animation Thread [Post here!]
Hi all. I am doing an animation for 11 second club for class and wanted to get a post out with an early block out of one of the characters as well as the idea. In the scene, the hunter is looking down the scope of his gun when the lion will approach and ask him how he s doing. The hunter turns around while delivering the line and then when he realizes it is a lion runs out of the shot. Currently the hunter is the only one blocked out. Let me know what you think! The password for the video is 11second.

SIMPLYVANN, I have seen your Draft 2. I was very happy to see that now you have hidden all those fancy lights that you had in Draft 1 and you have also tried to hit the dialogue. But, your animation is still very floaty and there are lots of things to be rectified. please try to make the poses stronger. Keep it up Brother.
Keep animating with a smile on your face

I am currently working on a short shot and I'll hope to get some feedback!! (: (I do not study at an animation school, so it's difficult to get some feedback)
