Re: need critiques
First off can you zoom the camera?
On the first spine part, most of it feels pose to pose,.. you should try to break up the action.
You can try and play with the solders as i never see them move.
Check your spine, its straight most of the time,
so yea Keep going

Re: need critiques
I would pull the camera much closer so we can see the performance. Also, establish your line of sight. Who is he looking at, but more importantly, WHERE is he looking. When a character is looking straight into the camera, he is either being recorded or talking to the audience. If he is talking to someone, you want to avoid looking directly into the camera. This difference can be seen when comparing soap operas to car commercials. The characters talk to each other in soaps, but they talk to the audience in commercials. You want to treat your shot like it was a clip in a movie. Perhaps he is talking to his buddy off camera, but the focus is on the office door. Compose your shot in a way that bests tells your story.
Don't playblast, instead play from the UI in real time.
