wow... this already looks pretty, even without the lip sync. The eyes are telling everything,  I liked it.
Just don't forget the ears and don't over do it either.

really great. looks a little floaty (i have the same problem!) smile try adding more definite "stops" in the movement.

ya I agree with the "floaty" comment. You want to make sure you have different speeds in your animation, currently all your movements take about the same amount of time

looking nice though!

I agree with the floatiness... hold a few poses longer and adjust some spacing to break it up a bit.
