well.... here's my work in progress. im still not sure if the poses are good enough for the dialogue, but this is what i got so far anyway. please comment...

heres my key posistions of the scene. any suggestions or.... before i continue on with the inbetweens? the reason its hard to see some lines is because the pages are not final yet. im going to animate the extra cloth after all the inbetweenig is done on him, then i animate his cape and draw his hat. also, after im done with, im going to animate the reactions of the guy he has as a hostage(the heroe). the heroe's escaping while this guy talks about how hes won already.
