Re: May 2012 Listen or no honey WIP
great set of poses there..i like the idea a lot.
all i have to say at the moment is that when the squirrel reaches up to grab his collar it goes a little too fast...i agree that the motion should be pretty fast, but I was left wondering how and when the squirrel was able to reach up that far. I see you have a "reaching up" pose in there, but it flies by too fast for me to feel it. perhaps stay on the reach up pose longer and keep the motion back down very fast that way we can read the poses and the action still feels quick.
great stuff...good luck and have fun!
cheers

Re: May 2012 Listen or no honey WIP
Your drawing is good and what great characters! ![]()
The squirrel looks like his right foot slides when he turns around about when he says "just go around" and his left foot slides when he says, "You look" and is taking the step. Although with the speed he moves you may get away with it so it's up to you to fix that.
May be have the bear blink one or few more times after he gets grabbed. I wonder if it would help give him the look of shock or making him surprise on what just happened. However it is up to you because it may work either way.
From the hint in my name, you perhaps can tell I like animal characters
and your 2D animation is done very well. Has good work with overlapping tail, extreme posing, cartoony stretch when he is grabbing, and perhaps good work on other animation principles. Even the lip sync and face expressions on the squirrel is done well. Great work! ![]()

Amazing! Last thing I think you can clean up is the lines going through the squirrel. Besides that well done 2D animation! ![]()
