Re: Animation Tip of the day: Dealing with tiredness!

This was a nice podcast! I'm trying to deal with tiredness myself though sometimes I'll take a break and end up not getting back to animating and regret not being productive! I dunno its just that some days I'll spend hours animating a shot and other days I don't even open an animation program and not animate.

Bruno was kind enough to do a text version of his very helpful advice and it's up over at Animator Island, in case anyone wants to check it out!

Wise words of wisdom to be sure. I've used his tips several times already in the past few weeks and it's helped a ton.

Re: Animation Tip of the day: Dealing with tiredness!

Exercise is a good way to deal with exhaustion!  I know it sounds like an oxymoron but the sedentary lifestyle of an animator will slow down your metabolism, Once you kickstart it w/ some physical activity, you body will yield more energy (as long as you feed it!).  Or just drink lots and lots of coffee like me. ;D

Cheers

That's a great point. Exercise does so much for you, and increases your overall energy too.

Dunno about the coffee thing. tongue
