He Adib. Good character design. I was just wondering if your going to put a second character. I have seen many tests and thats what they seem to be missing. It seems sees that she is the only one talking.

It seems like you're copying and pasting frames. Are you? If so, I highly recommend just redrawing those ones. It's very jarring visually if you copy and paste frames. Plus it doesn't really help YOU improve, so just bite the bullet and do the traceovers needed. Otherwise nice job so far, and good luck with it! Looking forward to seeing more.

The copy and pasted frames are still really distracting. I really think you're doing the animation a disservice by keeping them and not just redrawing over them... But it's your call. Seems a shame because it's coming along so nicely, and being dragged down by something that would be very easy to fix.

It might help to have her get up a little earlier. Right now the sound happens as she's putting her hands on the table to push back, but it should come a few frames later as she's actually pushing back. As far as the second character, it works well. Might be better if you add more easing into the pose at the end, almost like a moving hold.

Yep but ou can add a second or 2 before and after, it is tolerate i think:

Glad you asked! Here are the rules you need to be sure to follow to avoid having your entry disqualified and ineligible for voting or winning:
• Don't edit the sound file (beyond adding silence before/after if needed).
But do what you want it won't hurt my feeling if you don't use this

First off, let me just say I'm loving what you've done with the clip so far, when I first heard the audio I started thinking along a harry potter-ish theme/setting myself
In regards to 'ms cromley', I think her reactions (or rather, lack of reactions) throughout the clip are kind of dull... instead of just having her keep that unchanging look as the witch is talking, maybe you should try having her facial expressions change a bit, e.x. building excitement/expectancy/enthusiasm as the witch says 'I appreciate your enthusiasm ms. cromely' and then afterward make her be confused or let down... or something. Not so much that it distracts from the performance of the main witch, but I think letting her have her own little character ark might make your clip more interesting... Just know that I'm only a student, not some knowledgeable/ experienced animation industry professional, there may be other more experienced animators out there who would disagree. In any case, keep up the great work and good luck!

i think this looks great...the drawing style is great and the characters are working well.
the only comment at this time is that the lip sync isn't really reading. i can't really tell where its off because i can't frame through it, but the mouth shapes don't seem to match the audio. perhaps a lot of the shapes are coming too late...i can say for sure that "must go" is pretty late.
good luck tweaking it up and finalizing it!
