If you, instead of pasting the embedding link, paste the "normal" youtube link, the forum embeds the video for you automatically.
I added this to your post If you click on "edit", you'll see which one I mean.

Right now I think your animation feels very pose to pose and robotic. You don't want it to come into the poses so hard then stop,try and smooth that out. I agree with the previous poster that there's too much going on in it as well.
