Re: 1st time entering

If you want a free-open source alternative to Pencil, try Plastic Animation Paper: Pro 4.0. (http://plasticanimationpaper.dk/) The downside is that it's for Windows platform only. But then there's a recent fork version of MyPaint developed by some Argentinian Studio, which allows you to make 2D animation as well.

You may also give a look at Toon Bom Animation or DigiCel FlipBook 2D and see if they're more appealing to your workflow.

Happy animating! smile

Re: 1st time entering

Okay, if you've haven't figured it out yet, you just need to choose the correct file format while you save your final animation.

It can be PAP/LAP, JPG/PNG (all these sequenced images can be made into movie file on any video editing software) or just try out AVI DviX among several others. I am not an expert on PAP, so I can't guide you much. Hope these simple steps would help somewhat. Thanks.
