Re: Safari Moom =D
Nice work so far!
One thing that just became apparent is the right arm being a bit funky when he takes the ruck sack off and the fact his arm goes through the strap.
It's hard to crit as you haven't got this up as a quicktime so I can go frame by frame but I'll do my best. I don't think I've seen many people take a ruck sack off like that with just one arm (left one) Id have him drop it off with two (i'd pull the straps to the side and then have it drop down to his elbows and then drop to the floor) If you've avoided this due to the bag not being rigged up you could probably get away with making both straps seperate objects and have them pivot at the base)
The rest is pretty good in my opinion good job.

If you want to see it in Quicktime you can use this website:
http://keepvid.com/
It lets you download the file from Youtube as an .mp4 that will play on your Quicktime player.

Re: Safari Moom =D
There is no anticipation on the truck fling. Right now it just flings him screen left all of a sudden and since there is no anticipation the move is a little jarring, I would have the trunk anticipate screen right first then flight him screen left

Re: Safari Moom =D
I really think you need to sort the pop out at on the arm think about frame 75-85. I'd say he still needs more time with both hands on the ruck sack, it still doesn't look natural to me. Apart from that I really like the rest.

Re: Safari Moom =D
Hi Calista,
I enjoyed watching your peice. Unique take on the audio, I like the funny ending as well.
One thing, the characters expression change (frm 338) doesn't seem to work, it's distracting from the peice. Your character is in a curious, and cautious state. Every move and factial pose should show hesitation, and curiosity as to what that thing is.
Your poses are there, I think you should still look at your facial rig to make sure we can clearly see what that character is thinking.
Hope that helps, best of luck:)

Re: Safari Moom =D
hehe, funny stuff dude.
i would try to add a surprised facial expression just a few frames before he is being blown out ( just open wide eyes with a small take on the head) like he is realising whats going on exactly before

Don't edit the sound file (beyond adding silence before/after if needed - please try to keep the extra time to a minimum, winning eCritiques will not include added time)
The rule says please try to keep the extra time to a minimum. Using the word please sounds to me more like a time length guideline rather than an absolute time limit.
So Calista, I'd say... don't even think of chopping the intro!!
