Animation advice

Ive made a draft showreel and would like some advice and critiques to help me improve, please be honest because any comment and advice can really help me

Not a bad start, but every one of your shots has the same problem with being extremely choppy. 12 Principals of animation! Track those arcs and watch the timing and spacing between poses, that'll be the difference between a smooth movement and a choppy one.

Also overlap and overlay. The arms on the walks and runs are very stiff. Once the arm reaches the end of a swing, the elbow and arm should overlap slightly and turn the other way before swinging back. I know that's not a very great explanation, sorry bout that difficult to translate through words.

Here's a nice gif, watch the overlapping action on the box at the bottom and think of it as an arm.
