Desktop PC for animation

Hi everyone, after few years of moving around the globe with my laptop I decided that it's finally time to pass to a desktop pc.
I would use it mainly for animation, so I'm not looking for crazy rendering performances. My budget would be around 1500$, including a pair of good monitors. Can anyone help me?

Thanks a lot in advance!!

For me personally I spend quite a bit on machines(typically in the 5k range) so im not sure this will be helpful.  I highly recommend AVADIRECT

The cheapest gaming tower (749 on that site) seems alright just for animating, I have a similar setup at home, you'd just have to buy the other screen smile
