Software that marks notes on a frame by frame basis

Hi,

I'm currently studying animation and would want to track down notes on my progress directly on the video itself. Is there a software as such? I encountered DJI view but it does not take marks on the video. I checked digicel flipbook but it is kind of old and notice that there is not any new version released for a considerable time.

You can use syncsketch, as long as you don't share the link only you will be able to see it and annotate on it!
