Faburary Work In Progress

Hey guys, I'm in the middle of splining the main action out, and already received a bunch of helpful critiques, but I would greatly appreciate any and all critiques. I understand it needs A LOT of work. Thanks!

Hey  SidekickPride smile,

Very cool concept and good choice of camera angles.

I think ..when the male character says "I took'em out"  his hands kinda look enormous..or out of proportion. Please check that.

Continue working on the shot - this would come out great.

Thank you so much! Yea, the Malcom Rig has insanely large hands. I think I'll look around for a scale option.

Re: Faburary Work In Progress

Looks like Malcom's hand clips his face at one point near the end. You should keep an eye out for that. It is an easy thing to do with the rig since his hands are so large but it is something you have to keep on top of.

Re: Faburary Work In Progress

I agree with the above response. I like your set up and over all ideal as well how you went about animation this. But as Strixsacra pointed out his hand looks like it is clipping through his face. It also looks strange how it's moving, almost as if it is broken. As for the rest of the animation, there are a lot of parts where things are moving to fast. Like when Malcom makes a big facial movement of from 8sec to 9sec. He is moving far to fast to feel natural with the dialogue given to you. Over all the his performance should be more chill, which the pose you gave him differently fits smile
