Re: Time wip 2012
Very cool concept, I think this could be really great! Looking at your last one, be sure you allow enough time for the proper amount of in-betweens, because I think that's what hurt your piece in August.
Don't discount the use of simplified characters, as well. Remember you can always add in MORE detail, but taking it out is much harder. Start with simple solid shapes and then layer on the details once you've got everything animating clearly and smoothly.
Good luck with it! I really look forward to seeing how this comes out!

Re: Time wip 2012
thanks for the comments JKR & FlILFuffy
This is my 2nd attempt at blocking out the clip. I've showed my background and i think everybodies moving
in the animation. The working guy is playing with the spring and i want to work more on the motions of the girl.

Re: Time wip 2012
I'm liking the progress now since i've found out my ending. I was going to make the clock fall out her hand but, that would be a bloody mess: now comments are welcome but please watch the ones pervious to these they have background.

Re: Time wip 2012
I want you guys to bear with me on this one. I feel like I'm writing a thesis Statement about this. This one seems distracting or distracted and whatever. Well, I think its working well so let me explain. I don't have to explain my animation to get the point across. But what I like to do is explain what I'm going to do. The woman is pouring out her heart about her life. The man is the comedian in the clip he is working on the clock and he will have time out to straighten up and acknowledge the woman and her pain. But she has a crutch which is the clock (time piece). This is interesting to me that the clip is going in this way because at Memphis College of Art I've studied about something similar. 13 seconds will work fine.
Ps: This girl has issues

Re: Time wip 2012
Happy Friday people, This is the composite of all the frames i have so far. They was scattered around then i had to make a new project and retime the animation. Comments are welcome I can't wait to lip sync and add more detail to the girl.
Comments are welcome
quick question do you think i should keep the eye motion in the end(shown on the previous one) or not?

Re: Time wip 2012
There seems to be a lot of lip sync either missing or not matching up. I would make a pass on just going through and making sure that you have all the mouth shapes you need and that they match the sound that is being made at that time.
Also I think you might need some more inbetweens. it looks like there are a lot of things holding for moer frames then the need to. Try breaking it down to twos. It feels kind of jittery.
I don't think you have time to address this next note but watch your volumes and perspective.
Good Luck
