August WIP Green Lantern Theme
I heard the clip and for one reason or another, maybe it was the music in the background or the tone of the voice but the clip made me think of Justice League the animated series. I figured this quote represents a relationship that future John Stewart Green Lantern would have with his son War Hawk. Here is my first WIP I would love to hear your critiques.

I also like this idea! Can't say something about the blocking as I am too new to that topic - Will give some usefuller comments when the piece evolves.

I don't think that I will have enough time to finish the competition on time but in the case that I do I could really use some help with a critique on what I have so far. The Child I was drawing deformed a bit more than I had Liked so I erased what I had of him. GL looks like GL in every frame but I feel like he really isn't popping. The child is wrapped around his arm and sitting on his bicep so he cant move that too much for the sake of balancing his child. Can anyone help me with what I have so far? Thanks
