This is such an interesting interpretation of the audio, I really like it! I think this would look even better if you exaggerated her expressions to show how crazy she is - try to give her interesting mouth shapes for the lip sync by using the lip controllers. Have her stand up a bit higher and make the action of her sitting down longer so it's easier to tell that she moved seats. Other than that, I love this concept so much!

Maybe use the one-way mirror for the whole schizophrenic episode bit. Also change outfit to a straight-jacket maybe. Arms are twinning throughout the animation. Hand movements have little to no effect on the upper body
