Hey...my tray!

Mark Bogdanoff:
Would have liked the camera to be a bit tighter, but fun ideas overall.
Ipseidio Glitterati:
I think that it would be nice if you framed a little tighter. The fella with the glass seems to move more on syllables instead of thought.
Steve Lo:
when the blue guy steps forward, finish that with the other foot coming forward also. it just seems kinda odd to me to take a step forward and step back with the same foot. the speed at which blue guy slaps the tray seems kinda slow.
Simon Heath:
Not bad. I dislike the last piece where he knocks away the platter - lacks passion. it seems very forced.
David Humphreys:
Your smack away of the tray could do with some more anticipation and snap, and overall your feeling of weight is a lacking.
Your staging is very good and clear though keep it up
Jorge Zagatto:
good idea
mark whitcombe:
nice, i like it
fluid
Taber Dunipace:
Much better than most! I like the simple stop-motion quality to the staging and acting in this piece. I will say that the animation quality is poor though. You need to observe better principals in your actions such as arcs, anticipations, follow through, etc.
You're well on your way, but be sure to always give it your all, and use all of the tools available to you to make the scene as good as you can! I look forward to seeing your work again.
Erik Griott:
bad camera angle for one. two, your characters didnt really feel real.
Robert Tighe:
Try to get the timing a bit snappier. Don't forget your slow ins and outs.
Aaron Clement:
Interesting ending. Felt like they could be doing more during Todd's delivery, though.
Noah Arntson:
Nice initial poses and body language, but why wouldn't Jac look at Todd when he yells his name?
Emmanuel:
I don't know about the plate covering his face the whole time. Maybe trying an alternative such as Todd glancing at him and holding the plate next to his face at the same time might work out a bit better
Tom Cho:
Some nice poses that convey attitude but the camera doesn't give us enough info on the faces (it's too far away).
jacko yeoh:
good acting! i wish the staging were a little better tho so i can see the expressions of the characters but nice body language
Cat Hicks:
Not energetic enough to fit the dialog. Plate weight needs work. Plate being swatted away is too soft. Keep it up!
Jules:
Nice work. Strong acting. F188 I'm not sure what the blue fella is doing with his right hand. The silloutte is confused by the hand position in this section before he swats the tray. You can also really push the posing and timing as he swats the tray to make us feel the force. It feels relatively light right now. Finally, you can really pull that camera in tighter. We are so far away that we don't really get to enjoy the acting as much as we would with a tighter shot. Great work and nice polish!
yeshwanth:
Excellent work....
Very good timming..
i wish the camera could be little more closer ..to show more emotions happening on the face..all the best
chrisbyk:
nice effort. just 2 things to say. the first one , I think you could have pushed Jacobim s facial expression a lot more than you did. The other thing is that I can notice that you concentrated a lot in animating Jacobim but not that much for Todd. Having Todd over reacting would make your work much better
Jacopo Armani:
Well animated Camera is a bit too far from the action. The gestures on Jac are a bit inexpressive, although well done. Good work!
selvaraj:
very good acting...
Victor Wong:
Gesture at the end is a good idea, but it would work better if you timed it to go with the "deed" rather than the "take." Gestures are well timed.
Jacob Patrick:
good
"Aware" gesture feels late
mouth shapes "tom" late - we make the mouth shapes before the sound comes out.
Knocking the tray away.... Way too slow.
keep animating.
Bilal Ahmad:
nice effort man!
Andre de Villiers:
Well done! I thought the actions on "Todd!" could be bolder, but overall a nice piece!
Ron Price:
Nice ideas at work here. The attitude on Jacobim could be stronger, angrier, once he gets up out of the chair...
Matt Lefferts:
it's really close, I think you can put a lot more emotion and power behind the blue king, like when he slaps the tray away for instance, push that moooooore. :)
Andrew Stovesand:
I love the simple king, servant setup.
Andrew Linke:
Like the tray addition, especially the throwing off stage at the end.
Kyle Rockman:
The toss of the tray is ver floaty....overall motion is good and controlled....try working on weight. Keep up the hard work.
Dan Neuffer:
poses are good but a bit stiff - a little hip movement might help
vanigoel:
It looks too linear and robotic. Carry on. all the best.
