How about a bit of acting the lip sync is not every thing

Nice work on the lip syncing! I feel like this really needs more movement. When you watch a cartoon, even if it has minimal animation like South Park or an anime or something like that, the characters will still have their heads move or bob depending on how their talking. Keep on practicing!
