Not weight painted properly-- Clipping error (and green text) visible at frame 152. Also again around frames 80-85 are little black clips through the character's chest.

Danny Kneip:

Nicely animated. "Sayin" around F246 may be my favorite part - shows great personality in the character. The dog plopping his head down may be a fresh idea, which works nicely here. The hand gestures of the man prior to the cut are pretty redundant, but the lip sync is good.
