Nice backstory. A little long, but nice. Very good animation too. The only thing that stood out was the stretch in the face on the word "for" in "change for me". Maybe stretch it out over a few frames, one frame was a bit harsh.

Well your animation is flawless so I'll critique your story. The beginning exposition is nice but it almost serves no purpose because we never see what happens to those characters. You should have went back to them to see whether the girl liked the drawing or not. I mean if I saw a drawing come to life I'd be pretty impressed, but maybe she's not into that sorta thing. :P

wow. all that in one month? Good work. The only thing I don't like is the sniff/wiping his nose, it's just a bit over the top. It's like he's pointing off screen and then he doesn't, he keeps talking to us. Good stuff though. Lots of stars :)
