Description: Unfinished.
i wanted to practice a char moving around on feet.
Did 2 or 3 solid days at beginning of month, then, gradually (and shamefully) forgot about animation and all things 3D for a while whilst fighting dnb monsters in cubase.

Experience: not much

Time taken: 3 days + obviously unfinished

Jack Daniels:

This has a lot of potential... Nice!

Bill Drastal:

Watch your timing. Some actions could be speed up, while other need to take their time.

Brad Regier:

Pretty good acting/timing on the walk. Weight-shift issues around 65–115.

Rafi Ben Aharon:

i like the attitude on him, nice work

Alonso Soriano:

good. you need a little more texture. I like that it's restrained, but you need some punchiness at some points. Also it feels a little bit floaty

Aaron Clement:

Too theatrical for me. The timing felt good....

Eric Huang:

On "help" his hands look too floaty for my tastes.. but nice poses overall, it's definitely working.

Harry G:

When he says "Help him" his head seems to go too high and come back to place and in the end when he sniffs and rubs his hand on his behind there seems to be a jerk in the hand movement. His last pose could have been much better.

evan:

i like

kienwei80:

His legs need more polish.

david arthur:

i like how hes pacing and when he pauses, but there is hyper extension on the legs, could be a little snappier too

John Erickson:

nice hand movement at 'this girl that he loves'

andyM:

nice and fluid. nice arcs.
wasn't sure about the hand gesture at 125. didn't really fit for me.
and the walk away just after seemed a bit empty. no real emotion or purpose.
but i only write comments for the one's i like ;)

Mitra Turani:

it's funny how he wipes his hand with his butt.

Steve Clarke:

The character seems overally expressive throughout his whole body for such a calm dialogue. Its like every part needs a new pose in this which gets distracting. Imagine the guy going onto say a lot more and imagine he'd get very tired. Fluid animation for the most part though.

selvaraj:

good animation

Yeray Díaz Díaz:

You've got too much details, focus on the structure. Some of the poses are too cliché, you break the hips and neck a couple of times also.

Emmanuel Vergne:

nice but always has the same moves on the arms

David Bokser:

good polish. I don't think you need the hand coming up for the sniff. Very rarely does a person when they sniff have to put their hand up to wipe their nose, but a lot of the clips this month have that happening.

Henning Koczy:

Wow, ambitious. Took me awhile to realize what was wrong. The head moves independently from the body in an unnatural way in a few instances... just slightly robotic... around 25, 50, 80, 160. And the weight shift around 110, slightly floaty. But really great beside those few moments.

Mike Courtney:

watch the knees when he's walking
