I'm a little confused. Which one is the mirror? I would naturally assume, due to the staging, that the background character would be the mirrored image, so it doesn't make sense to me that the real character would break sync. Also, why does his hair change? I don't get it. Anyway, much of the posing looks awkward to me and there's far too much twinning. Nice effort, though.
Tim Lobes:
Great job! The face is the best part of this. Only complaint is is the body's animation quality does not match up with the face. Some weird contortions going on that make it feel unnatural whereas the face feels just right.
Guillaume Roux:
Good acting choice and poses .
in my opinion it is just a little too "smooth"
Nice stuff anyway
Mariya Kalachova:
Really nice hand movment.
Cuby:
Really nice movements! Love the expressions at the end. I find the motion of his arms going down abruptly on various words very repetitive though, and that movement should only be used once, or maybe twice but not three times.
Great stuff though
Renaud Déchaux:
Very good quality of animation, so natural, I love it!!!
Your poses are original maybe little symmetric, but good.
I love the end's attitude of the new boy, very realistic!
The renders is very good too!
GOOD JOB!
Nick Adducci:
Now this is nice, rendered, great concept, excellent expressions and execution.
I think there's maybe one thing that I wonder about and that's the choice of lighting. Not really sure if it fits.
beck veitch:
nice level of finish - some more work required on the animation
V_I_C_K_Y:
Loved UR Lighting stuff..! Liked tht focusing too..!
Ritwik Nag:
WOWWWW!!!!!Way to go...
jinu:
smooth actions, bit spooky in the end,
Lenka Zuckova:
Good idea with the mirror. He looks like a proper teenager who hates himself. I am not sure who he's talking to in the beginning. is someone standing next to him? By the end he looks a bit wobbly, maybe a few stronge poses would do. Really good reaction at the end when he's scared.
Daniel MC Alvite:
great work, nice idea. the mirror. easy to read the second voice.
Look at me, great hands
benj:
original
Guilherme Trog:
You are good with timming, just try to improve your poses! Try to make poses then mean something. Remember that sometimes, you body speaks more than your mouth ;)
Caleb Drewel:
great camera work, good everything, I love how he comes into focus at the end. but the movement, needs more of a sense of purpose, the hands sometimes are just moving just to be moving, not because it makes sense for the character to do that. the end is perfect tho. I think its just the short/ fat parts where i dont like the hands. Everything else is more or less on.

Julipe:
A lot of your posing feels unnatural, and many of your transitions seem disjointed. Have you tried filming yourself acting it out? I find that's the best way to get really good reference and really good reference is key. That's just my opinion. Nice attempt!
Dan Dulberger:
Not bad. But there is something about the movement of the pelvis that disturbs me. Maybe the weight shifts just don't convey thay much weight or it isn't transfered enough to the rest of the body (stops at pelvis?). Top body sortof floats ontop of the pelvis.
Aaron Clement:
Wow, great job! You really improved this since the forums! It's made a really big different having the textures turned on. The guys facial expression at the was great (the one who spoke). Great job!
Deanna Bishop:
This is really good. Great timing and poses. Only complaint: I wish the pose for "short" and "fat" were a little more varied. Good job. Keep it up!!
Yeray Díaz Díaz:
Wow! Very nice! I really love the expressions, the scream is great and the moves are really tight. Also love the lighting and rendering, the DOF looks really nice.
I'd suggest a minor change, you use the same move on "short" and "fat" which is not wrong at all but seems like a missed oportunity. There also seems to be too much movement in the spine of the character.
In any case congratulations on a great piece!
David Webster:
Good Work. I would have liked to see his eyes opened more, when he says "Short, Fat, Insecure," there was a chance to show a lot of emotion there in the face. Try to not use the same poses for short and fat. Good fluid motion throughout.
Don Nair:
very nice concept and a nice try i would say.But could have used different actions in words "short " and "fat"...other than that i liked the rest
Johnny Castuciano:
I LIKEY
Spencer Jones:
i really liked the reflection/guy in the mirror's animation once he became independent. the guy in the forground and reflection that followed him was okay but the leg shaking thing i didnt think worked all that well and also the hands throwing from his hips seemed kinda odd. the start was really quite good too actually.
andrew s:
clever twist at the end. some decent animation. Nice.
Dave:
if the character was short, fat or middle aged that would certainly help.
Avner Engel:
Brilliant work Mikee.....well done mate.
The only two things that stood out for me were the pose of the arms when he says "Fat" and the twist in the hips at the end.
It's still one of my favorite animations this month. Keep up the good work
Taber Dunipace:
Wow, creepy. Every action had about the same timing which was a bit monotonous. Also you repeated one which was unnatural. Keep studying the principals.
Gregory Naud:
I don't like too much the way the spine moves all the time. It kinda feels like it's broken on some poses. The acting idea is good .Also watch for ik leg twists around frame 230.
Amy:
Excellent idea. It would have been stronger if the one farther away said the "I made you short" because it would be the actual reflection. Nice change of focus at the end. The way the guy jumps backward says so much about his character. Well done.
Michel Dani:
the facial expressions are good, but the body language (which is more important) is weak. but good one.
Renn:
A fantastic idea executed extremely well, depth of field and everything!
My only gitch is the expressions and acting of the subject. Animation is flawless, but some better direction of the middle segment would improve this animation tenfold. From about 150 onwards I think he's looking up for too long with his eyes closed. Thats my only gripe with this though.
Fantastic animation and absolutely brilliant idea!
