Animator: Jomar Ravalo

Description: Just like the movie (Birdcage) the quadrapus complains about his deteriorating appearance to his partner. It's just a fun piece of animation(using Flash) for a bit of a giggle.

Experience: 1 yr games animation. 5 years series animation. 2 years clean-up/in-betweening.

Time taken: 25 days after hours. Changed my mind half a dozen times too.

Dhar:

Original, creative, humorous, great use of squash & stretch. A bit too much movement.

Guillaume Roux:

Nice work , characters are funny

Allier Zelaya:

I love the ink at the end.

Luc Degardin:

nice and funny

Mariya Kalachova:

Great!

Niels Beekes:

A great! I love the characters! It's hard to let it act though, with all the tentacles and stuff, but since you're moving it all over the scene and all that, it becomes more alive

Tim Kings-Lynne:

i love this

the simplicity and clarity is lovely -couple of the moves are a little cleche though, especially the 'insecure' action. Acting less literally would help this line, but i love this thang! so cute!

the ink at the end is classic!

Aaron Clement:

Nice, I like it... I knew he was going to drop his ink... good job. some of the timing did feel late, though... nicely staged all the same.

beck veitch:

This is great - lovely animation, great ending - a little literal for the dialog in some parts (a very minor criticism).

Lenka Zuckova:

Really good. I like both characters reactions right at the end. Only the lipsync is out of sync most of the time. Other than that it's great 2D animation, like the style.

Christopher Alarcon:

That animation was awesome, especially the ink effect which also expresses his fear. I would like to see more of your animations, they are really good. The syncing was on time, it was clever, well done.

Lineboy

Traci Plagmann:

This is great! My only comment is that the leg movement is just a little too much that I end up watching it instead of his face. Really really nicely done!

Jeroen Koffeman:

very dynamic! I love this one

Caleb Drewel:

i love the legs on the octo or should i say quadropus.

Charles Eubanks:

Fantastic work! The characters' performances match the dialog perfectly, and some of the key poses are really clever (clutching hands together on "insecure" line, for example). I could definitely picture work of this quality on TV.

jonathan fontaine:

great

Yem Xnake Yu:

so good~
why dose he move to the center at the end?
i think it's unnecessary.

sharad kumar:

vow! thats cute animation!..keep it up!

Yeray Díaz Díaz:

Nice job! Very good piece! Congratulations.

Johnny Castuciano:

this one is pretty fun

Rob:

Very nice!... Good expressions and the non-human acting really reads well with the dialogue

Dave:

i like the acting you chose. The facial expressions are really good.

V_I_C_K_Y:

Nice 2D Stuff..!

Frank G:

The quadropuss just waved his arms and it didn't mean anything to me. I thought maybe his head/body could have deformed a bit more on the hooks in the dialogue. I like the character design and facial expressions.

David Trudel:

nice 2D! original concept, I like!

Dave Blanchette:

Nice...everything! Good polish.

Jeranimo:

HAHAHA! Super awesome!

doc:

raj:

ya i like it!!!!!!!!!
itzz coolll & funny!!!!

Renn:

Fantastic animation! And in 2D! The Octopus's head might bob a bit too much in the beginning, but by the end moves about right. I love the ink spurt and the eyes animation at the end!

Great work!
