Nice smooth animation. Well done!
A few things:
I'm not too sure where I should be looking. There are too many focal points in this scene.
The first sentence lip sync on your middle character is just a bit off (timing) and the shapes need a little tweaking.
.. and I'm a huge fan of the jiggly eyes!
Mariya Kalachova:
I love it!!
Andy van Straten:
interesting concept mate... pulled it off though! nice
Frank Collazo:
very good prefere character animation
beck veitch:
I really liked the concept of this animation - however the acting is mostly in the puppeteer instead of the hand puppets and the acting in the last have feels disconnected from the dialog
Tim Kings-Lynne:
nice idea
more attention to the hand acting due to the idea would be nice, its still about the guys face not the hands, if you know what i mean
personally i dont read the scream as surprise, but more fustration or stress release, i just think he looks to surprised.
thanks
Johnny Castuciano:
cool idea
jonathan fontaine:
good lipsynch ; )
awesome !!
Kamal Bhattacharjee:
good
Yeray Díaz Díaz:
Nice job, I like the approach and the moves.
Guilherme Trog:
HAHAHAHA GREAT idea!
Michael Cawood:
A nice. simple idea, done with flair.
Diego Oriani:
Great, another different idea
John Vassallo:
Interesting take on this
Aaron Clement:
Funny ending... the eyes weren't necessary in my opinion. Good body mechanics... acting wasn't too bad, either.
Matthew Brophy:
great job i love it your animation is on.
Harry G:
very good timing.... nice poses
vinay:
nice idea
Rene:
I really liked your emphasis on the "F" sound on "fat."
Cameron Huber:
I love this one! I remember seeing it progress on youtube a while back. I especially love how he sounds out "ffffat!" - brilliant. A few parts here and there were a little jarry in the lip sync or with pauses, but generally this piece rocks! :D
Jonathan Paquin:
Great animation, but I find the acting choice to be a bit too derivative
David Trudel:
hahaha funny!
miles southan:
Awesome work!! The ending's cute but I think I would have preferred it if it was just him doing the voice of the other hand and then reacting again with the original hand. Also, watching again, the hips feel pretty much locked in place throughout. It would be nice to shift them on all of his big pose changes.
J Saunders:
cute
Rob:
HAH! Great twist ending...
Really nice acting, tho I'm wondering if all the movement in the head and face of this guy doesn't detract too much from the hand-puppets... Maybe think about toning them down so the eye is led more towards the hands and not the face until the end...
All in all, really nice work, and a great out-of-the-box idea for the shot.
andrew s:
Funny.
Dave:
its hard when my eye is fighting between the one who is supposed to be talking (the puppet) and the one who is actually talking (the man. This would work better if he was trying to be like a ventriloquist. That way his mouth movement and over exaggerated face wouldn't be fighting for attention.
Dave Blanchette:
funny
Roger Feron:
Great idea, worked very well.
Michel Dani:
the idea, i love, but the staging and the layout is very poor, i mean you can't focus on the hands because of the guys face.
Renn:
HA! Brilliant idea, and beautifully pulled off!
