Good animation. You might want to try to have the character facing you when he is talking. Also if you moved the eyes a bit more, you may get more expression from the face.

The animation was good but it was a bit dissapointing that I couldn't watch his lip sync at the beginning, I understand that it's because he's looking at the picture frame but i wanted to see his face expressions when he was facing it, but it's very good and i like the scream at the end.

I love what you've done with this. I like the interpretation... and having a pic of him on the wall was great. I felt you had everything there... just needed better timing... would have fixed the floatiness problem, too... Not too bad apart from that.

Scene lacks interest due to CGI timing and bland posing. Study the principals.

Perhaps you could make the shoulders a little more stretchy. Feels a bit pinned-up. Perhaps add some speed in the armsswing at frames 173-190. The rest feels pretty natural.
