This is a good attempt! I think overall your poses could be pushed a lot. This would definitely strengthen your piece and give you a better base to work with.
Allier Zelaya:
Good job. Love the mirror idea.
Brent Steinberg:
i think the staging is a blessing and a curse. the mirror was a nice touch to keep the secondary character visible, but he's got a strong movement in the middle of the scene that distracts from the performance. i kep thinking "why does he have scissors?" when i should be focused on the short guy. rack focus or something. there is some nice subtlety like the second guys performance and the finger twiddling in the beginning. pretty good.
Jeroen Koffeman:
you could put more exaggeration in the caracters heavy breathing, especially frames 130-140. Also it maight look better if you put some more expression in the word "short". Perhaps by moving his head a little, as a build-up to the word 'fat' where the expression looks stronger.
John Vassallo:
Staging is a little odd but nice effort
Tamara van Zal:
whoops, i hope my unfinished comment didn't get posted.
The character's weight seems heavy. Try to shift his weight as he walks. At the end the pose he struck when he screamed didn't seem like a natural reaction. On a good side my fav bits were the fingers twiddling in the begining and the tall guy moved his left hand nicely when he spoke.
Charles Eubanks:
Very good staging! You managed to show your secondary character in your scene without distracting from the main character's performance. Animation-wise, I like the body motion and poses you chose. One area for improvement is the lip sync, IMO -- some of the mouth shapes strobe by very quickly. In other words, wide/narrow/wide too fast at the beginning. But overall, very good job!
sharad kumar:
hi..pretty decent work..but u could've worked more on the last pose and animation when he shouts!
Aaron Clement:
I like it... his eyeline seemed off near the end... good job overall.
Ken Rice:
Just wondering if there are too many things to look at here: the main character in the middle, the reflection of him and the tailor, and the tailor on the right?
Is the tailor on the right really needed?
Johnny Castuciano:
nice
Dave:
good staging with the mirror. My eye goes right where it should.
Spencer Jones:
Has the guy in the mirror got a Hitler tache!? Stylish. Liked main characters gay costume too. Was Good idea giving them a little clothing/prop. Anyway F85 & F199 seems not really carrying his weight so convincingly. F309 looked like a Saturday Night Fever dance move and wasn't so convincing for me, sorry. The Lip syncing was bit off too. I was understanding the overall characters feelings throughout though and the body was generally throwing itself right, I thought. Mostly very good.
Frank G:
Some nice acting. Very Broadway.
Thomas Giles:
good idea with the mirror.
