Good movements overall. Your idea puzzles me though. What does a stage audition have to do with being a baker? Are job interviews normally conducted as stage auditions in the baking industry? Also feels like you referenced a very bad actor; good, natural lifelike movements, bad ham acting. Overall still pretty decent.

I feel his hips are independently alive, and they move because they want to without a reason to transfer the weight over and over again from one side to the other. Probably try to match the arms with the hips movement.
