Showing off so little of your character is a risky move. Not seeing him makes it harder to read him as a character, however if you can show off a lot of expression, emotion and purpose with just an arm, then that's an impressive feat as a result. I'd encourage you to do lots of experimentation watching with no sound on, and filming yourself trying different actions with your own arm to see how much information you can find out about the character and the scene just from watching the master's arm movements.

Erin Goddard:

I like the idea you had with the framing. Careful not to let the characters pause too long without any movement. Think about your overlapping action. I think the screen stayed back just a bit too long near the end (it was long enough that I had time to wonder if something went wrong) That being said, you have some neat ideas, keep working on it! :)

James Trimm:

Nice hand!

Emily:

I enjoyed the idea of the animation and there was some good animations. However there really isn't much animation happening. I like the expressions and I love the face coming out of the dark and how to face and lip-sync move. I would have liked to seen more full body animation. Maybe next time have a silhouette moving in the dark.
