LIGHTNING ROUND!!1!! Try moving the shoulders. Make them blink. You felt "are late" out of the lip sync. Try moving the head around a little bit when someone is talking. Use reference (act it out and take note of what you see). That's it :)

Hi there. My advice for you is to strengthen your contact poses. Practice contrapposto and line of action. Also check out Ed Hook's "Acting for Animators" if you haven't already.
