The character on the left is a little off balance at the begining, you also need to check the arcs of the hands when you use IK, and you need to work on the staging.

Hello there. My recommendation for you would be to practice your posing skills. Focus on contrapposto and line of action. Also check out Ed Hook's "Acting for Animators" if you haven't already.

The arms are constantly moving for character of voice #2, I recommend having them arrive on a pose and stay there after they overlap. The arms are too distracting, I couldn't focus on the dancing master.
In the dancing master's throw, the reaction needs to happen faster in the whole body.
Also, staging is weak. We can see the whole action, but we feel far away, and the feet are awkwardly close to the bottom of the screen. I suggest some over the shoulder shots.
Also, please shoot this with a camera and not in perspective.
