Hi there. My advice for you is to strengthen your contact poses. Practice contrapposto and line of action. Also check out Ed Hook's "Acting for Animators" if you haven't already.

P.S. Of all the dual lambert Norman skits I've seen so far, I say that you have the best of them.

lip syncing was off, motion seemed not quite right, sometimes too early, sometimes too late. work on your timing.

A little more shoulder animation, and you need to work more on lip syncing.
