Great set-up, but needs to be smoothed out.

looks pretty jumpy between frames, need more keys or some smooth tweening. (although reminds me of some stopmotion - could be a quirky style if you can fix his crazy arm!) really like the poses and expressions though (including the shocked painting!) :)

Pops all over the place. Work on animation basics.

It's on the right track! Even though the movements are choppy once smoothed out they'll look nice. It's funny the way the painting's eyes pop after she grabs the ax. Nice work!

Description: First 11secondclub attempt, and one of my first real stabs at character acting. Did a fair bit of planning, and drawn thumbnails & animatics. Only just went to linear, still far away from splined...but time's up!
