Amy:
I love that the kid is offended.
Marco Palmieri:
Cool idea. Motion is very good. I think the boys reaction isn't quite right. I like the motion of the raft and the second guys acting is really good too. Nice job. should be in the top 5.
A.J. Black:
Great work! The synchs were on, the facial features of the kid the whole way is what grabbed my attention. The first character is really getting into not saying the whole word, which is done perfectly with the quick tap pointing. Character 2's eyebrows are definitely showing annoyance with the character 1 and that adds alot to the scene. Great work and Good Luck!
Andrew:
i like the anticipation and the facial expressions, especially when the boy recognizes the spelling error. nice work
Joan Delmont:
SO good !!! I love the reaction of the kid, too funny !
Mark Persson:
Very good! The reaction from the boy is perfect!
The sharks are quite good at tasting the blood, so i should change so one shark attacks one or two "bodys" in the water!
Keep up with the good work!D
Kay Ma'Ani:
i love the first character and how he acts before the second character responds. also i think that the emotion of the kid drops all of a sudden (no anticipation as to why he is dull)
but its the first person whom you did very well with if the rest were given same 'careness' then you would have hit this one out of the park.......great work
dheer chaudhary:
great concept and Really good subtle animation
Virgil Tanasa:
i really like this clip. very well done :)
perhaps the kid looks a bit "frozen", in the beggining, and maybe the brown hair guy at the end has slightly the same problem.
anyway, we could be looking at one of the winning pieces here :)
good luck!!
Nate Lane:
Awesome man. I really love how the kid actually reacts before his dialog. Awesome. Also really good story idea. very original, and yet it works very well. Keep it up!
Adam:
the kids expression after the first line gives you a 10!
Willem-Jan L. van Rootselaar:
really good! What the characters are telling. The motion switch. You got it right. It's readable. Nice gesture with the fingers. Nice eye directions. It all works.
Would like to give you some critique but I think it's for the real pro's to do. (maybe when the boy spells 'the' word, the head just goes straight up. It could maybe give it a little arc sideways so it gives more meaning that he knows what they are talking about and that he is not stupid. He could maybe close his eyes before he's going to spell the words.
thank you for the fine animation
Andy Menter:
Oh I love the expressions on their faces in this one. Especially the annoyed look on the last guy!
Jason Smith:
Great job!! Great expressions, lip sync was great!
Madan:
Hi nice animation.
Ramesh Koruturu:
nice work
Vanessa Blair:
Nice facial expressions
Nomercy:
the animation is nice and smooth ,but one thing what I feel ,the last dialog is not going with the character..rest looks cool..
Mayank:
i like the concept ....animation is also good
Brad Silby:
Nice, great reaction on the kid.
Sherif Nagib:
Off course the voting process is anonymous .. but I think I know the person who did this one.. not personally tho! And I can't remember the name.. but I've seen stuff of the same quality and style on 10 seconds club before. Anyways, I really really loved this piece.. one of the very few pieces that could nail a story and convey it in this month's competition. The three characters are so different and the kid stands out. Perfect acting choices and subtlety plays a huge role. Seriously. I hope you'll win so I can see what kind of e-critique you'll get.
Shannon:
Nice! Fantastic work with the faces and the subtle motions on the bodies. This is one of the best acted shots I've seen this month.
Mike Courtney:
nice work
Amanda Gil:
Good acting choices. I like the kid when he gets upset, it's funny. But what where they going to do with the bodies? XD
Nicholas Palmer Kelly:
maybe a bit more emotion SL and kid...in their posing...i just feel every thing's too subtle....good animation though
Sako Mahamadou:
really really good
Guillaume Roux:
Nice concept, good animation. Like the way you make the kid upset
Jonathan Asselin:
So great! I love the thinking process of the kid being anoyed before he says anything... just before the clever use of the cut in the conversation. Very good acting, not too much. I really enjoyed it!
Ben Hatton:
Promising. Would have liked to see someone poke a body with a stick. Boy is a bit wooden, rather than disinterested.
Sean Graham:
Nice job, lots of really great subtle bits in there!
James Fearn-Wannan:
Great !
Ashwani:
nice
Stefano:
Good stuff man! The only thing I would suggest is to tone down the change of expression of the boy in frame 235. It feels a little bit too drastic.
Juan Carlos Valdez:
i love the expressions!!
Christopher Salamat:
very nice subtle animation. nice reactions as well
Garrett Woodley:
good facial animation all around.
SamoRa G:
love the kids face LOL
Lindsay Thompson:
Nice stuff. Really good subtle animation. Keep it up!
David Shum:
This is great!
I like how you kept the kid the main focus through out the sequence. Love his acting too!
Only comment is, I don't understand how their bodies are sitting in the raft. It feels like their legs have no room to go, especially for the 2 older guys.
Ben Harper:
Nice work!
Andy Simpson:
kinda pixelated... nice facial acting
Michael Cawood:
I love the moment the kid sits back realising what the other guy is saying. Although it would be nice to see him think about it for a beat longer.
