It seems you have an okay sense of timing. The section where the character is looking at his hands appears to be rotoscoped, while this may seem to make things go faster, you are depriving yourself learning the human form. Instead of thinking about outlines, try to think about your characters and poses as a filled mass. Study human anatomy and form and work from the skeleton outwards.

There's a large disconnect in frame rate between frames 56-101 and the rest of the animation. It's pretty jarring. If only the rest of the animation was animated as smoothly as frames 56-101, then this animation would be a top contender.
