There are some nice poses in here. I would try and tweak the timing so you have some more slow in/out. Good work!

It's too snappy, but some poses are nice. Needs more emotion

Yahya:

not bad, but there were parts that were too stiff. try to loosen up the limbs and add a smooth flow. it felt a bit robotic in some parts.

Erik Westlund:

Nice subtle and natural looking gestures and poses. Good change in focus as he is thinking and speaking. Needs more weight as he sits back. Head needs to overlap body movement more. Mouth needs more contrast between narrow and wide.

André Moreira Forni:

Nice man, but be carefull with abrupt stops, some parts of your character body stops suddenly, add more slow ins and outs.

Nico:

Looks decent, there are just a bunch of spots where the character just sort of "dies" in place, his torso for instance at 331 just stops completely in place and it's very noticeable. Overall I liked your idea, the little moment at the beginning was a nice touch. Maybe just not worry so much about rendering and polish up the animation.

Louis Ng:

I think the part where he leans back to the chair support is too gradual, like it's a loose moving hold. Might be better to flump him onto the back faster. :)
