I think it's great that you took a chance with something a little different. Hats off to you for attempting this. However I think that the movements are jsut a little distracting (too jerky maybe?). Keep it up!
sushant:
interesting character choice...
can bring lot more variety into acting.!
mouth remain open throughout...

Haha, the floursack! I remember him from first year animation. The acting looks great and you hit the poses nicely. The thing about such a simple character is, is that the lip sync has to be spot on because that's his only feature. Some of the stuff like on 'perfect' he doesn't close his mouth fully and you can tell. I don't know if that's the rig, but the lip sync need a bit of work. Props to you though! you did a nice acting scene...with a sack.
Sergey B.:
HA HA :D nice animation, good idea and nice character :D
Ethan Reitz:
cool working with a flour sack! Nice.
Brad Regier:
Poor flour sacks. They're so misunderstood. :)
Adele K Thomas:
interesting
Brad Wright:
Bad framing. Where are the flour sacks feet? There's plenty of space up top that isn't necessary, so you could easily get rid of it and show the ground by moving the camera down.
Lianna Scrimger:
props for trying out a different idea! :) keeps the voting interesting

Pete Shand:
haha very cool
Kent Wong:
nice spacing, though i dun get the gag ..haa
BrunoDestefani:
A flour sack with a mouth? ...not much chance for expressing the lines
kevin flynn:
Superb, most unique idea ive seen yet! ;)
Jeranimo:
Great idea. Never seen a flour sack with a mouth before! heh
Maya K:
Nice lighting and fun rig, but the delivery of the dialogue is not quite clear. Maybe if the posing of the entire sack could support it a little more? And have a variety of distinct shapes?
Richard Bannister:
Lovely character... shame that it doesnt really fit with this voice.. the lip synch is quite a lot off as well.
Sunny Kharbanda:
Good work on the timing, especially in the last line. The staging is distracting as he gets cropped at the bottom, and the lipsync seems off.
Jean-Luc Delhougne:
Nice concept and ambiance !
I think the animation is a bit too snappy, but it's working well overall ;)
Gill Frank:
sad that we doen see the whole charater, I think it would be better if the camera was more down.
Nico K:
Gret concept
Todd Kough:
The sack should have a more slumped shape to obtain the feeling of the sound byte.
Barnabas Boehler:
Wow....wasn't expect some pillow talk. The teeth and mouth are a little awkward on this character...I think it would be much better on a character with a more flexible and refined mouth area.
Rob Wilson:
weird.... haha. I love that little waddle on "its unbelievable"
this makes me smile when i watch it. it has a weird vibe to it. animation looks pretty good, the sync looks pretty good, it could use a little more attention. good work!
Thomas Grummt:
great idea! that's something different. nice snappy timing and expressive lipsync. somehow every 5th frame is "missing", was that the intention? for me the overlap/follow through on the tips is too extreme.
maybe you could animate it on twos and make the lipsync even more aardman-like :)
Henk Kok:
Staging somewhat confusing. Fun idea to use a flowerbag :]
Erik Westlund:
Funny, weird concept. Simplistic mouth has a stop-motion feel, as if it has been created with clay. Love the big steps. Lack of polish is hurting you a little. Lighting is blown out a little causing specular highlights that are a little distracting. Character is staged a little low in shot causing mouth to be very close to bottom of frame.
