Ethan Reitz:

nice picture and good animation. The one detracts from the other to me.

BrunoDestefani:

Even though I think the theme is a bit off, the subtlety in the animation is great. The lipsync is a little poor, but I guess the rig is to blame. I like the small twitches on the lips. Very nice!!

Brad Kinley:

Nice character and render, thought the lipsync was pretty off though.

Carlos Fins:

Really nice work on the mouth expression and the trembles. Great attention to specifics on the audio.

Tommy:

I really like the scene it looks great and the correct movements are there. nice work

Steve Brown:

haha.. lovely character, nice subtle animation

Steve C:

The acting in this piece is great. The problem with it is in the mouth, the lip sync is off and detracts from the performance. I'm also not too sure about the lip quiver, it almost seems too much. Good stuff though!

peter wassink:

Great face acting. The disconnected setting somehow really enhances the story for me. but this maybe partly because of the refreshing effect it has after seeing 100 variations of guys pointing at a torn piece of paper. Well done!

Gregory Marlow:

Lip sync seems off a touch. May just be me though.

Brad Regier:

I love the rig!
I like the trembling lips, but there's too much of it.

Ryan Lowe:

The subtle motion is fantastic. Good sync for what you were working with on the mouth!

Paul Robbins:

Nice facial expressions, very natural gestures and subtle movements!

Jason Smith:

Very interesting... reminds me of Forbidden Planet... it would've been nice to see some more poses. Great job.

Senthilnathan D:

good

Nick Hales:

I just think he needs bigger gestures to reflect the emotions. And maybe more variation in the facials to compliment this.

David Andrade:

Your mouth shapes are off.. The jittery kind of getings in the way and you're late on some of the bigger ones, unbbeeelaabllee, get those B's and puff up the cheeks

Giuseppe:

A very good performance here! Very good poses, perfect anticipations. Very effective eye animation. I only miss something in the lipsync. Maybe because of the Theet size...I cannot read clearly the letter "O" in :"torn up"...and also the last letter "i" in :"as it is." . Just a feeling. But I really like this one!

Richard Clark:

I love the quivering of the mouth. Nice touch!

richard fox:

good original product

Yogesh Kaushal:

You really have a wonderful stuff up here. quite nice expressions and lip sync.

I was just wondering why aint he using his left arm as much..

Rest looks awesome... nice work.

yoozco:

nice character :), like the yellowed bulb...about animation - good timing and good "eyes", but hands animation is quite medicore, additionaly the frame is so close so there is no space for hands...but overall for me,is one of the best this month. ;)

Luc Degardin:

Nice!
"As it is": lipsynch doesn't work.
I really like the nervous hand , adn the facial expressions give him life!

André Moreira Forni:

Yey ! I know this one too !

Todd Kough:

Good eye and brow movements, the quiver in hit lip seems a little slow but overall a great job. Good secondary movements as well.

Rob Wilson:

I like the lip quivers and the subtle acting going on in the face. I think your body animation captures the audio really well. the face seems a little sadder than the tone of voice would have you lead to believe, but it looks nice regardless.

Daniel Harris:

Wow, cool character and you've got some great subtlties in his eyes and hands.

I would have liked to see more variety in poses for this piece, I think with such a tight camera for the whole animation, you've really restrict the variety of shapes you can get on screen.

I like the quivering lip, but I think it would be easier to read if it wasn't throughout the whole animation, and was just within a part of it.

Hope this helps, it's a very cool piece and a great showreel addition :-)

Erik Westlund:

Nice funny looking character. diffraction on globe helmet is fun too. Facial animation is pretty strong but quivering corners on mouth starts to get a little distracting. Nice use of eyes and eyelids throughout.

Nico:

Haha, LOVE this character. Nice to see something a little wacky and original, even if it doesn't fit the story. Nice subtle emotion too.
