It's too funny to think of an alien conducting an orchestra! That's why animation is so great.

i love the original character but you have to e able to read the emotion in any characters face, that is doubly true for aliens. He seems to have one emotion on his face; glumness and it just sort of oscillates to varying degrees.

Mouth is good but body is moving a lot and it doesnt help the character much

some moves need to be smoothed out more, last hand gesture seems very slow. cool character :)
