The poses are ok, but the lipsync needs improvement. The pointing to the chest on "I can't" is too obvious.

His focus is primarily the same throughout. There is a moment when he reaches back that has potential for contrast and makes performance more unique, but then he returns to the same general posture, attitude, and focus. His concern about the director and how perfect the music is, is largely the same.
