snehangshu:
nice idea..good job..
brandonbeckstead:
I wish this wasn't flashing so much, are there drawings left out? Fantastic idea, and really nice overall.
Manuel Bover:
GoOd job. 2D is always very appealing.
Tash:
Nice!!!
C. Ben Snell:
Very cute... I really like the character development and story.
Andy Hass:
Awesome! Took me a sec to realize the cat was right there next to her, I thought it was a perspective shot at first. I'd like to see a little more reaction on the guy mouse when he realizes the potential danger of the situation. A little more concern in his face and sense of urgency to get over there and stop this. I would actually hold off on cutting to the medium shot by a second or two so you can introduce the guy a little later and that would allow him to react in less time and feel more urgent. Also that moment after he's jumped the ear where he's looking back to make sure the cat is still asleep is really nice, I'd like to see that held longer, it goes by too fast right now to read it. Really impressive animation, I'd say you clinched it this month.
India Barnardo:
This is soo sweet! i love it
Mark Persson:
Great idea, perfect drawings and movement. Love the idea of alice in wonderland area.
But it needs more clean up and some refilling.
Keep up with the good work!
HENA:
I like idea, very interesting! respect ))
Dave David:
NICE!
But I think they leave the screen to fast
Cameron Huber:
haha wicked concept! To be honest I would have preferred it if the male mouse was more cautious of the cat after jumping over the ear, especially when he first laughs. He initially jumps over to save her from certain death but then turns into a smooth operator... which is cool but doesn't feel as strong. Wicked animation though!
Jesse Colucci:
Woooooaaaaahhhhh.
doc:
sweet
David Trudel:
Very well done! I like your idea.
Josh Brodsky:
Excellent! This is a wonderful piece of traditional animation, and although it is an unfinished piece, the appeal of the characters and the staging warrant high praise! Also, nice bit of business with the male mouse jumping over the cat's ear to assume the place of the Invisible man the blind mouse is talking to.
Barnabas Boehler:
Wow !!
That is some amazing 2D animation! I'm loving this stuff..we may have another 2D winner.
My only minor quip is the occasional flickering...once you get that taken care of, this will be one major kickbutt piece for your reel
natalie:
just an opinion: Very intelligent animator! I enjoyed the story and the characters.
J Shaw:
Over loved it, the drawing is amazing. Just a little too much movements in the head.
Ashwani:
nice work
Lavendra Love:
its too flickering
Ken Rice:
Nice stuff - wouldn't the guy take her hand though (and a tad sooner)?
Andre de Villiers:
almost there, great concept!
Jon Mummery:
Amazing idea using a blind mouse and very well drawn. My only (very minor) thoughts are - I wonder where the coin that he flips will land, (hopefully not waking the cat), also they appear to exit the scene a little too quickly. Good luck with this piece, its one of the strongest yet for me!
Aaron Schmidt:
Hah! Very fun story! My only complaint is that I didn't read the female mouse as blind at first. The other character's beats were dead on, great work!
Alessandro Pandolfi:
Great! The only thing is that the second character, coming up from nowhere, seems to be there just for help her...maybe you can improve the scene by making the thing more "accidental"(he can walks on the background, and after come to help...for example). A little bit of subtle action on the cat, can improve the performance. Great job!
Jonathan Asselin:
Just awesome!!! Excellent control of rythm and shapes! Attention to details that makes a character unique... I would've liked to see some kind of reaction from the cat though... But very subtle. Overall my favorite, you're piece is very original! Bra-vo! :D
Alex:
awesome drawing! really cool idea!
just from story point of view.. he seems like a very smooth fellow.. snappily dressed, chivalrous etc.. since he chooses to jump over the ear instead of walk around it, he must feel confident enough to do this easily -- in the animation he seems to be afraid and strains until he clears the obstacle.. i feel that he should only be afraid for the blind mouse.. not of the cat.. so the jump itself would be a no-brainer for him.. congrats on great work.
Parker Simmons:
Very nice, though some of the poses seem to make the characters jump. Particularly the male characters head towards the end.
Good acting all around and a solid sense of perspective and movement.
Well done!
Ian Jacobson:
Is she blind? If so, then it took me about five viewings before I figured it out. Maybe some sunglasses would help.
Angelo Sta. Catalina:
i admire you people who are able to draft that clean.. goo work
Stephen Dahler:
nice work!!! looks good!!
Tiffany Davern:
Aww...what sweet little mice! Good job on the lip sync and everything else for this!
Pete Shand:
wow, awesome! i'd love to see it cleaned up
Curtis:
NIIIIIIICE!
Classically trained people always steal the show!
Great piece.. Great Performance! I enjoyed it Thuroughly!
Mike Courtney:
what you have is alright, add the male mouse in the beginning
Tim Lobes:
great drawings! a little bit too much going on, seems jerky
Kenny Roy:
CooL! Maybe work a little more dynamic into her position, I'd like to see her use some more back and forth motion to emphasize the beats.
martoon:
beautiful characters!
Andrew:
wow, fantastic. great interpretation of the sound clip. i love when the mouse steps over the cat's ear
Kim Hazel:
This is a really cool idea and your poses are really solid, but there's something a little awkward about the timing on the guy and the girl seems a little jerky when she's talking. Awesome work though!!!
Paul Blais:
Great storyline!
Fernando Porcel:
Nice concept, nice animation and nice characters. Like your idea, very cool. Cheers!
Zee Myers:
Um...awesome! The idea, the lip sync, the acting, and the animation...all great!
Virgil Tanasa:
i guess if you could spend a little more time on this one, it would be a really beautiful animation!
great work, i really like it. beautiful drawings!
Barry Wheelbarrow:
Best one so far, but the soundtrack has been edited. (You only did that to be disqualified didn't you? :))
Eric Huelin:
Cute characters, great art, the comedy works great.
Ben Hatton:
Very enjoyable performance. Especially great is that the guy is not a jerk, but you've made an interpretation that lets us relate positively to the characters. A lot of depth to the story, when can we see the rest?
Himanshu Sharma:
good stuff!
eejun:
Great concept, great flow and cute characters! if only u have finish it all!
