The lipsynch looks pretty good, but I think the arms/baby section feels a bit stiff and IKish. I see some areas where the timing is also fairly even and the arcs could use some work as well.

Beautifully done. Careful lip sync and eye movement. Love the wide eyed stare of the baby son around F91 looking up at dad. This then turns into a slightly worried expression around F200.

Nice work. I like the poses and overall idea a lot. One thing that you could maybe do is fix the baby. It seems that it's just floating around, and isn't being controlled by the arms that it's in. The big person moves and gives these quick poses, and the arms should somewhat reflect that. anyhow great work man, keep it up!

Cool, but you have a problem indicating the weight of the baby, and the two bodies mechanics... Watch out the elbaow controllers too...
It's a shame because the rest is very good job...
