The comdey is lost in the confusion tho. I think your animation skills are there just some work on comedic timing would help this piece out. I think the gag just wasn't situationally relevant to what was going on, and because it was the same voice it became confusing.

Very good animation. I didn't notice that the kid started doing the talking the first time I watched it, thought the animation was unfinished because I was paying attention to the dad. The son taking over the talking should stand out more to get the viewer's attention.

my eye was directed in all the right places in all the right times... though i didnt catch it the first time that the kid was finishing his line, i did by the end and it kinda took me by surprise... so i had to watch it again.

I had to watch this a few times to make sure the kid takes over teh dialogue at the end. I guess it works, but it's a little confusing at first.

Great 2D animation again though, I'm guess a 2D piece could win this!

At first sight, I really didn't understand this shot. It took me a second or third time to really appreciate your idea. It's cool, but maybe it would have read better if the camera zoomed closer on the son as he started taking over his father's dialog? Very nice drawings and super smooth animation.

The transfer of dialogue wasn't clear between the characters. So I had to watch it twice. Probably because it was a twist and a surprise, more than an animation glitch. But you gave it every chance by the idication gestures by the father rooster. A bigger 'handover' gesture would have helped me. Still in my top 10.

Excellent drawings and great idea. Though, when they make the switch I suggest making the little guy's gesturing a little more jarring because I didn't notice the tradeoff too clearly the first play through. Awesome piece ^_^
