solid. Maybe add more facial acting to catch more of the inflections in the clip.
Erik Griott:
promising, but i felt the timing of his movements was really soft. his actions needed some accentuation, especially when he says "then, maybe...". it didn't feel like he meant it enough with his performance.
Barnabas Boehler:
Nice work and original idea here.
His head seems a bit jerky at the end though. try to smooth that out
James Lee:
Great job! The eye dart at the end was well done. It gives him a more condescending attitude that contrast the sad mood in the beginning.
Martin Silfvast:
Nice one!
Mark Homoky:
One thing I try to do when rating the competition entries is to play the animation back without the soundtrack to see if you can still understand what the character is saying and expressing. In your case I'm pleased to say I think you're the first one to actually get the lip sync as spot on as possible.
Lots of great movement in here and some interesting expressive poses. I won't critique too closely as I've a feeling that may be done by this month's animation mentor ;-)
Well done.
Florent Perrin:
Really good job.
I just think the and movements between 160 and 200 are not convincing. More subtle it would have been far far far better.
Loved the intentions and body mechanics
G. Smith:
Great job with the animation,..is that Christopher Walken? haha
asif:
cool looks nice to me good work, just one suggestion try to hit on the lips with the broad sounds while doing the lipsync instead trying to animate the whole world (just what i felt please don't mind, the lips are moving too fast), good luck
Chad Swanson:
good job, i like the sinister look he gives near the end.
Frank G:
Well acted in general, scored god points. Maybe could have used a greater difference in movement between the two emotional phases in the dialogue? I'd have suggesting slowing things down at the start. Nice finishing pose.
Romain Digonnet:
Very nice.
I'd work a bit more on the mouth and the lipsinc, but I like the idea and the overall animation.
James Fearn-Wannan:
Ooh that stare at the end is scary.
