great effort! the lip sync needs some work however, it started off pretty nice but slowly seemed to lose focus

WOW! One of the best I've seen so far, I really like the subtle movements on the Dad and the Doc.

I noticed the arm seem to hit a bit too hard when he points back at his son. Not too bad, but a little ease-in might help.

The eyes also seem a bit off-kilter too. Especially the Right eye when he's lookin at the person

timing on a lot of the accents seem to be slightly late. perhaps it was the video compression. I'm not sure. I like the staging of the shot, but I think the acting could be punched up a bit more to show more contrast between his emotions. great job.

Good effort but the lip synch needs work and the animation turns quite floaty in a few places, particulalry the end.

Daniel Erwin:

the body poses and acting choices feels nice, still a lot more room for improvement but very promising. Though I feel like it's still floating: could tighten up the timing. Like in the eye lids and brows. Hit the "maybe" pose/idea a little harder. The lip sync could use a lot of work, there are some nice stuff goin on but his front teeth ruin it for me, its hard to articulate his mouth shapes cause his teeth are out there too much, maybe just pull his upper teeth up. I'm not too sold on the story idea being of the drumming monkey, but i like the doctor concept. Cool character.

maybe add the doctor pushing up his glasses with his right hand at the end, the facial animation seemed a little ocward at times

I wish you had cut to the doctor earlier, and then cut back to the father.

I liked this one. The 'acknowledge' gesture is a highlight as is the ease back into the chair. The time spent on the doctor at the end wasn't clear to me at first. The pointing gestures worked but some of the other animations were a bit more creative than direct pointing, so may have edged a fraction of a star above this nicely animated sequence.

That's great. I love the doctor at the end, especially. I think the lip sync could use some work, though. It's a little bit out and I find it distracting me from the action.
