John Seldon:
you lose a lot of the dialogue whilst hes looking down, perhaps should have him look up sooner. some nice stuff though
Ed. Hull:
Good effort, Son seems too static in places, like after he catches the ball twice he is frozen stiff. When the ball hits his head, spine needs some more overlap.
Matt Hirengen:
the boy's physics on the big throw needs some work, but nice overall.
Barnabas Boehler:
The father is nice and subtle, but I think the kid becomes a bit too distracting as a result. It would be nice to see more of the dad's face...especially his mouth...even though he's looking down. I think you could also add some accents to the fathers movement near the end...even though I like the overall subteltey of the whole piece.
Justin Weg:
You should lift the guys head more in the front of the shot. I didn't even know who was talking at first. You want that lipsync to read.
Josh:
Tilt the head up. We can't see the mouth and it causes loss of clear expression.
Erik Griott:
haha very nice! i have a problem with the beginning though. his mouth is completely covered by his face. i might have positioned him a little better in that sense, just so that we can tell who is talking at the start.
Shon Stewart:
I like that dad starts in a depressed state. You should transition him in the animation to being proud of his son or angry at who he is speaking too or both!
Srujith kumar Ogirala:
concept is ok but you need to work on animation
Timothy Yeo:
I was thinking maybe the guy talking need to show more expression. I like the kid playing with the ball!
Matt Kelly:
nice and subtle... but.. show a little more emotional change... kid in the background's animation isn't as good and is a bit distracting from the piece
Matthew:
The son and the ball need more weight. Also the lipsync could be pushed more. I love your subtle acting!
Mark Homoky:
Would have rated more highly if we could have seen more of the father's face early on in the sequence. You've got good lip sync skills and the boy in the background is clearly trying (something with the ball at any rate). Nice job.
Ashwani:
nice
