Darrell:

love the kids animation in the background!! great job!

Ethan Cooksmith:

very good...first one i gave 7 stars (and i've watched over a hundred)

Matt Hirengen:

good acting. the father and son compete for attention a bit too much though

Forrest:

great job. the kid in the back is a little distracting from the speaker, maybe tone it down a little bit and vary his motions a bit more. otherwise fantastic

Josh:

It's very good; I just wish the head was tilted up more in certain poses so we get a very clear view of the mouth.

colus havenga:

hehe the kid is fun to watch..good job

Aziz Kocanaogullari:

the kid character is too distracting.

Jeremy Schichtel:

kid is too distracting!

Kim Allen:

great synchronization with the two character on the 'he has a gift' bit.

David Higgins:

The kids antics were very distracting.

Kayum:

Quite standard staging, but it's lovely to see the son mimicking the dad between frames 150 and 180. It's a nice touch that utilises the set-up well.

Raasi N:

kid's expressions and acting is very nice.Father looks convincing in his performance as a serious dad trying to convince about his son's gifts...specially when he says "..better at anything".....

one of my favorite animation for this month as well..
very nice animation.good luck!

Ed Lucas:

I like the fathers acting, but I'm not sure as to the son's. It seems that the son is almost mocking the father as he sticks up for him, though I did notice him acting like he didn't want to be there, which is a nice touch and very understandable an adolescent. Other than that, nice job bro.

Noah:

Nice acting choices, but I'd caution against bobbing his head forward and back so much. Like on "my son has a gift"... you drop his head a huge distance on the word "gift" to the point where his irises are buried in his upper lids.

Barnabas Boehler:

Good job here. ANother Am'er I see.

I think the kid should be toned down a bit..his constant movement is competing for attention with the father.

The father is pretty good overall, but there are moments where his hands are glued down on the table and aren't affected by his fairly broad gestures. Also, the father's head/body seems to be constantly moving..waving back and forth. I would try to have some more subtle moments and save a the accents-broad gestures to create constrast in select spots.

Matt Kelly:

work on holding those emotional faces... show the change instead of hiding it during a move.. kid in background is distracting and unnecessary

Mark Homoky:

Embarrassment 101 anyone? Great work.

Kevin Gittens:

The son has great character.

E. Cooman:

Acting is pretty nice! good job

Chad Swanson:

Good work the animation was nice. Try to stay away from cliche acting choices on the father. The boy in the background mocking him was a nice touch! Keep up the great work!

Frank G:

Nice nose pinch start. Great facial expression on 'anything'. Nice brak up of timing between the two phases of emotion. The son was slightly distracting early but on review, his fall is well timed in the flow.

Jurriaan Hos:

Very nice!
maybe he looks to high up sometimes as if the person he speaks with is really tall but other than that perfect!

James Fearn-Wannan:

I like it. It's nice a fluid and has a good weight to it.

And this reminds me very much of Tim McManus from "Oz" for some reason. Possibly the office, the bald head and the beard.

ryan Sowiak:

haha I love how the kid mimicked his dads hand gesture, as if he'd heard this a thousand times before. super awesome!
